Texas Broker Sponsor™
ALL SPONSORSHIP FEES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE UPON PAYMENT
By submitting payment to Texas Broker Sponsor™, you acknowledge and agree that all fees — including but not limited to annual sponsorship fees, monthly retainer fees, onboarding fees, activation fees, and expedited processing fees — are 100% non-refundable immediately upon receipt of payment, regardless of whether sponsorship has been activated, approved, processed, or completed.
This policy applies without exception to:
WHY FEES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE
Payment authorizes Texas Broker Sponsor™ to immediately begin administrative processing on your behalf. Upon receipt of payment the following is initiated:
STANDARD PROCESSING TIME
Texas Broker Sponsor™ processes sponsorship requests during normal business hours: Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM CST. We are closed Saturdays, Sundays, and all days on which title companies and government offices are closed. Submissions received outside of business hours will be processed the next business day. Same-day processing is available during business hours only. Expedited processing ($75.00 fee) is available by prior arrangement during business hours.
Submitting a payment outside of business hours does not entitle the applicant to same-day processing and does not constitute grounds for a refund if processing has not yet commenced.
THE ONLY EXCEPTION — LLC/ENTITY TREC DENIAL ONLY
The sole exception to this policy is if an LLC or Entity Brokerage application is formally denied by the Texas Real Estate Commission (TREC) for reasons outside the applicant's control. In that specific circumstance only, a partial refund may be issued less a non-refundable application processing fee not to exceed $750.00. Refund will be processed within 30 business days of written notification of TREC denial.
This exception does not apply to:
NO PRO-RATING. NO INSTALLMENTS. NO EXCEPTIONS.
We do not pro-rate fees for partial months or partial years. We do not offer installment payment arrangements. We do not issue partial refunds under any circumstances. All fees are due as stated and are earned upon receipt.
CANCELLATION OF FUTURE BILLING
To avoid being charged for the next billing cycle or annual renewal, the sponsored agent or entity must submit formal written notice of cancellation to the Designated Broker no less than fifteen (15) days prior to the next scheduled invoice date. Cancellation does not entitle the agent or entity to a refund of any previously paid fees.
CHARGEBACKS & PAYMENT DISPUTES
By submitting payment, you acknowledge that all fees are non-refundable and that initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank, credit card issuer, or payment processor does not entitle you to a refund of earned service fees.
Texas Broker Sponsor™ will vigorously contest all chargebacks with full documentation including but not limited to: payment records, submission timestamps, signed electronic authorization, email correspondence, staff processing records, and form submission data.
In the event a chargeback is filed, the following apply automatically:

- Monthly recurring retainer fees
- Expedited processing fees
- Onboarding and activation fees

- Staff processing and administrative review of your sponsorship application
- License status verification and applicant background review
- Queue allocation and broker review time
- Compliance file setup and onboarding workflow activation

- Denial due to applicant's background, unpaid taxes, child support holds, or CE deficiencies
- Monthly, annual, or recurring fees of any kind
- Any fees paid after initial activation
- Any situation where the applicant voluntarily withdrew, transferred, or chose not to proceed

- Your sponsorship application is immediately suspended pending resolution
- You are prohibited from conducting any licensed real estate activity under Texas Broker Sponsor™ sponsorship
- You remain liable for all fees owed regardless of chargeback outcome
- Texas Broker Sponsor™ reserves the right to pursue all available legal remedies including recovery of fees, dispute costs, and attorney's fees
- Reinstatement after a chargeback requires full payment of all outstanding fees plus a $495.00 Reinstatement & Reactivation Fee
