***** ZERO REFUND, PROPRIETARY ACCESS & CHARGEBACK POLICY ***** By submitting this payment, the Payer acknowledges that this is a Business-to-Business (B2B) transaction and the Sponsorship Fee is non-refundable.
Payment of this fee instantly triggers administrative labor, roster allocation, and grants the Payer access to Texas Broker Sponsor™ proprietary onboarding workflows and the official Independent Contractor Agreement (ICA). Because this intellectual property is revealed and administrative setup begins the moment payment clears, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances. This includes TREC application delays/denials, or if the Payer subsequently declines to sign the ICA or cancels sponsorship.
By completing this checkout, you agree to these terms and acknowledge that initiating a bank dispute or chargeback for these non-refundable fees constitutes a material breach of this checkout agreement.
