Payment of this retainer instantly allocates ongoing compliance resources and legal risk assumption by Texas Broker Sponsor™ for the upcoming cycle. Therefore, this monthly retainer is non-refundable. If the Entity chooses to sever sponsorship, transfer to another broker, or inactivate their license during the middle of a billing cycle, no prorated refunds will be issued for the remainder of the month.
By completing this checkout, you agree to the Texas Broker Sponsor™ Terms of Service and acknowledge that initiating a bank dispute or chargeback for this non-refundable retainer constitutes a material breach of your Independent Contractor Agreement.
