This includes six courses:
Complete the final exam for each course with a proctor.
For each course, you complete all the course materials, meet the minimum time requirement, and pass the practice exam. The passing score for licensing is a 70%.
File an application and fingerprints with the Texas Real Estate Commission.

When TREC has processed your application and verified your education records, they notify you that you are eligible to sit for the exam. The notification includes instructions on how to register for the exam and how to obtain a candidate handbook.
