**All Currently Sponsored Agents and LLCs must pay annual and monthly dues through the PayPal email link. If you have not received your Paypal invoice send an email to [email protected]

2. Ensure you have completed the Agent or LLC Sponsorship Form, Once your Annual Sponsorship payment has been made for Option 1: Board and MLS Required or Option 2: Board and No MLS Required you will receive our Independent Contractor Agreement (ICA) via Adobe Sign.

3. How to transfer your license with TREC
- Visit the TREC website: https://www.trec.state.tx.us
- Login to your TREC account
- On My License Services page https://mylicense.trec.texas.gov If you don't have a My License Services account, click here to create one.Select "Manage My Sponsorship (Sales)" and click Select. Click Next on the Introduction screen.
- Click "Request Sponsorship". Select "Real Estate Company" as the License Type and enter Option 1 broker license #9007750 or Option 2 broker license #589143 in the License Number box. Only enter the broker license number then click Search.
- Option 1 "1st Broker Sponsor, LLC" or Option 2 “The Miramas Group, LLC” click the Request button. Click Next to proceed.
- On the Application Summary page, click the Submit button. Select Yes and then click Next.
- On the Summary Report page, click the Pay Now button and complete the payment process.
- Be sure to pay or we will not receive the sponsorship request on our end.
