TRANSFER EXISTING LISTINGS
If you are interested in bringing over your listings from your current broker, here are your options:
1. You may cancel your current listings, switch your license to the new broker, and then open the listings under the new broker. Prior notification must be given and disclosed to your client of your move to a new broker.
2. Your current broker will need to release the listings, before you can transfer the listings to the new broker. Permission from your current broker may be required. Our transfer form is available in the Agent Area Portal.
